The Black Belt Barista Puck Screen is a new barista tool that we’ve been using recently. Prepare and tamp coffee into your portafilter as normal, then place the puck screen on top of the coffee. It’s a super easy way to help prevent channeling and promote a more even and balanced extraction with your machine, and better taste in your cup!
